For web security Edanz employs flagship security tools to keep your data safe at each stage of its journey. All files and data are stored on servers running the latest security hardened operating systems. We use 128 bit Public/Private key encryption for data transfers and files are password protected. Our network security staff are automatically notified of new internet security threats and monitor the integrity of all systems.

Privacy Policy

Edanz follows a professional code of ethics and has instituted measures ensuring the confidentiality of the manuscripts and all documentation sent to us by our clients. All Edanz writers, staff and directors sign legally binding Confidentiality Agreements with Edanz.

Your personal information and manuscript data are never shared beyond your assigned writers and the in-house Edanz staff. Unlike some editing services, Edanz does not outsource job processing. We guarantee the confidentiality and security of your data at all stages of the editing process.
