Edanz Writing operates on a principle of trust with its clients, so unless your project is very large there will usually be no prepayment or deposit required before we begin. However, if your project will take a long time to complete or require several rounds of client review, we may request payment installments at various stages. This kind of payment plan is arranged on a case-by-case basis, on terms suitable for each client.

Before we begin work, we provide a quotation. After the completion of work, we issue an invoice. We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, via Paypal or though the domestic Japanese and Chinese banking systems. When payment has been received, we send you a receipt.
